A written confirmation of your booking will be sent to you as soon as payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 14 days' notice must be given before the course commencement. No refund can be given after this date.

Head Blocks
Wella use the very best headblocks on many of our studio courses. WHY? Headblocks allow unrivalled creativity and complete freedom, there are no restrictions and the hairdresser can be as creative as they wish. Of course we understand that sometimes hairdressers may want to be creative on a real model; if this is the case, you can bring your own model with you to the studio; providing your own model will allow you complete control over the work you carry out during any workshops. When booking your course, please inform the studio that you will be bringing a model of your own with you. (If your model is a team member, they can enjoy the demonstration and theory of the course free of charge.) If you are happy to work on a Head Block, please also inform the studio. Should you require a model provided by the studio, we will do our utmost to meet your needs, however we cannot guarantee a model and if any models that have been booked on your behalf do not turn up, we will gladly provide you with a blockhead to work on.
