How is Wella structured?
In the UK, the business is basically organised into two Divisions. The Professional Division deals with the hairdressing side of the company, and the Corporate Division includes IT, Finance, Personnel and other similar functions that support the Professional Division.

What is Wella's culture like?

The site is updated whenever a new vacancy arises, but it's a good idea to leave your details as a general enquiry if there are still no matches.

How formal is the Wella interview process?
We normally have an initial first interview to allow us to meet you and discuss your background, as well as giving an opportunity to discuss the role in more detail. From here it really depends upon the role, and the next stages can be discussed with you at the relevant time.

Who will interview me?
The immediate line manager and a member of the Human Resources team.

How long will the selection process take?
We would normally expect the selection process to take around two to four weeks from the time the role is advertised.

Can I apply for more than one role?
You can apply for more than one role, but will need to complete a separate online application for each one.

When will I receive my offer letter?
Following the completion of the selection process, you will be contacted by phone with an offer. This is followed up with a letter straight away.

What happens if my application is unsuccessful?
There are obviously going to be some people who are not successful through the selection process. If this is the case, it is possible for us to consider you with regard to future roles if you wish. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know what you would like us to do.

Where will I be located?
This really depends upon the role, with some positions being based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, some at our Training Academies in London or Manchester, and others based from home. See our locations.
